I just sewed up a little pouch about 3"x3" from some cotton fabric I've had lying around forever, filled it with catnip and sewed the top shut, and the kitties are LOVING it! (I used to make them out of felt, but the little beasts managed the rip the felt open and scatter catnip all over the apartment once--not fun to clean up!)
