Inspiration: Succulents

I have always loved the modern, bold look of succulents. Every time I am in a nursery or the garden section of Home Depot, I am drawn to their liquidy leaves and soft colors. This tray idea from Apartment Therapy may have inspired me to create a centerpiece of my own for my coffee table.
I just wonder if the cat will eat them while I’m at work. Hm..
What are your favorite flowers/plants? Other than succulents, I love orchids, but cannot keep them alive to save my life!

My favorite indoor plants are burro tail succulents and button ferns. Both very difficult to kill. :)

I’ve seen lots of burro tails, and I keep meaning to pick some up at HD, but I just never get around to it. I NEED to own succulents! :)
