Many of the classes will actually transfer into the local Master's programs and cancel out the pre-reqs for Marymount. Maybe we'll have a class together! Way too much money for not enough information! At least in the degree I pursued.. So far I am looking at NVCC for their Associate's program in ID. Looks to be about 6500$ for it, for VA residents. Right now I am more concerned with getting the knowledge then worry about the NCIDQ Exam. Maria -- Thanks for the info. I have a BS in Interior Design and wanted to give you some insight. Interior Design is a full 4-year course load. If you ever want to take the NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) Exam you'll need to have a degree from an accredited university. Marymount in Arlington has a semi-decent ID Program. I went to Virginia Tech, but am not sure of other programs in the works. You can get an associates at community college, but you have to take extra steps to be able to take the exam or be certified in the state of VA without a 4-year degree.
